You’re on your deathbed…

…and asked one question…

“What do you regret in life?”

It’s tough to think about…

…they’re not even things you did…

…but stuff you DIDN’T do.

A nurse once heard dying patients say…

…they regret not doing things out of fear or living for other people.

You wouldn’t want your life to end that way…

So make your BUCKET LIST now & start taking ACTION.

Here’s an example below – 13 items on MY bucket list which I know by heart.

1. Secure A Nice Home For My Family

I give a lot of importance to family. So I put the needs of my wife and kids before the things I want for myself. My goal is to get a house – a property that’s not going to burden me with debt, set in roughly 100 acres of land.

Everything will be fully taken care of – food, water and a safe environment where my kids can grow up. There will also be enough guest rooms so that my parents, siblings or my wife’s immediate family can stay for weeks or months.

2. Create A Passive Income Stream

Shifting a bit to my personal goals, I aim to make a good living without having to trade my time. If I can reduce my working hours each day, I’ll get to spend more time being a great father and husband.

I’m targeting a passive income stream of $3,000 a day – and I see it coming from sources like real estate, Internet properties, advertising and stock market investments.

3. Have A Body I’m Proud Of

There are tons of men who can relate to this. I want to be more proactive with getting the kind of body I like – which is always more challenging when you’re past your 20s.

I want a better understanding of nutrition and muscle building. Although I’m already active and involved in mixed martial arts – I also know I can’t enjoy a good pasta or cheeseburger all the time. To feel great whenever I see myself in the mirror, my diet needs to change.

4. Catalog My Family History

I have reached this point in time where I’ve been so busy with my own family – I feel that I should also acknowledge my parents’ family histories. What was everyday life like for my grandparents and ancestors? That’s why #5 is also one of my goals.

5. Live In Guanajuato, Mexico

I do want to spend a month living in my father’s hometown. It would be awesome to learn and experience what my dad’s childhood was like. I’d love to taste the food, smell the air – basically embrace my origins a lot more.

6. Learn To Fly Fish

This comes from the country boy in me. It’s one of those hobbies I can see myself enjoying when my kids are all grown up and have their own families. I know people who can teach me – so that’s a plus.

7. Learn To Sing

It’s funny when I remember my short-lived stint in choir back in 7th grade. Things didn’t work out because one the students said I was a bad singer – and I took it personally.

But thanks to a lot of positive comments on my channel about my voice, I feel an urge to start singing again. Who knows – a cover on YouTube might just be in the works soon!

8. Learn To Play The Guitar / Accordion

Along with singing – I definitely want to learn the guitar or accordion.

I’m now living with my wife in Ukraine and it’s amazing to see all these people jamming with their instruments outside. They’re always having a great time. I want to be in those shoes.

9. Relearn The Piano

I did play the piano a while back – and I admit I didn’t like it very much. But now I’m more passionate about music and performing. So it’s a skill that I want to relearn.

10. Learn How To Dance

One thing I admire about my mother is that even at the age of 70 – she’s still able to get on the floor and dance the evening away. I’d love to be able to take my wife out for a groove someday. The goal is to pick up 5 or 6 different forms of dance.

11. Build A New Business

I’ve seen how successful RMRS has become – and I’ve come to a point where I wonder how far I can go beyond it. So now I feel like challenging myself to establish a brand new business in a different industry. There are so many interesting opportunities out there – why not try and take a few *reasonable* risks?

12. Create A Retreat For Entrepreneurs

Another goal of mine is to take fellow entrepreneurs for a short getaway. I’m thinking maybe in a cabin somewhere in the woods – or any place that’s quiet and conducive to creativity.

During that retreat, there will only be regular phone service – no Facebook or other distractions from everyday technology. I can imagine just how inspired those people can become at the end when they return home…

13. Start Riding Motorcycles Again

This last item revisits one of my old passions. I did go a bit wild with riding motorcycles back in the day – and even had 4 accidents in a span of 7 years. I closed the book on that once I had my first child.

The more I think about it, the more I’d love to travel the world with a motorbike someday. I see myself going on mini adventures, meeting all kinds of people and seeing places that no pictures online can do justice. That’s carpe diem for me.

You might think you lack time and money to do most things in life. But I’ll tell you now – those become non-issues if you know the right tricks & tactics.
