1) Smile

Smiling disarms the people around you.

No one, and I mean no one wants to be around someone who is snarling. There is a perceived tension that others detect that may or may not be there. If you don’t smile, you’re looked at as unapproachable.

Sometimes people scoff and don’t mean to. This is when a person looks like they’re frowning or upset when their expression is blank.

David B. Givens, director of the Center for Nonverbal Studies in Spokane, Washington, cites studies where subjects perceive a neutral and expressionless face as unfriendly. There is no scenario that I can imagine where being seen as unfriendly will attract a woman.

Some guys don’t like to smile because they are uncomfortable doing so. If this is the case, then you should practice your grin. The best smile is an authentic one. Mimic a laugh while in the mirror and your natural smile will come forth. Additionally, there are many benefits of smiling that go beyond attracting your dream girl.

• Endorphins are released – these are neurotransmitters triggered by the movements of the muscles in your face. These chemicals are responsible for making us feel happy and help reduce stress levels. Smiling more signals the brain to release these hormones thus increasing these feelings.

2) Uncross Your Arms

When your arms are crossed, they form a closed defensive shield that blocks out the outside world. Shields act in two ways:

This means that a person will think that you are attractive based on an otherwise unrelated circumstance. Her research also found the following:

• Women use the presence of a man’s mate as a cue to his own quality.
• Women tend to lower their defenses around men who have other women around them. Most
• Women perceive men with attractive romantic partners to be more desirable than when depicted alone because women infer such men possess unobservable qualities that women desire in their mates

Simply put no woman wants a man who other women don’t want. If you are desirable enough to have a lot of female friends or can keep the company of women, then you obviously have some traits that women like and would find attractive. Such characteristics are:

• Able to communicate – You show that you can handle multiple conversations and perspectives in the group
• You have empathy and compassion – You are able to relate to the emotions and feelings of a woman in order to keep their attention
• A commanding level of patience – You prove that you can handle the natural competition that exists within woman-to-woman relationship and are able to navigate those waters
• You are comfortable with you – You don’t lose yourself identity by being around a lot of ladies. You’re not trying to be a ladies man

What I’m attempting to communicate is that red draws on our emotions that may be strongly connected to attraction.

In today’s fast-paced society, a text is a great way to communicate. It’s hard to remember the world when texting wasn’t available. As it relates to women, there are some guidelines that you should follow so that you’re increasing your attractiveness. Before we get into those rules, let’s discuss why women like texting.

• Women begin to wonder, “When will he text back?” or “I wonder what he’s thinking”. This kind of anticipation is what provides that thrill.

• Think before you answer – texts are letters on a screen that can be misinterpreted so make sure you’re being clear
• Time your responses perfectly – You don’t want to seem too anxious by answering at her beck and call. You also don’t want to look like a jerk and make her feel like she’s not a priority by taking too long
• Keep it PG – progress photos of you after your epic chest day at the gym are not in order at this stage.
• No drunk texting – You will look like a jackass so just don’t do it.
